Information submitted with an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for company name, contact name, business email, part numbers and quantity. You may also provide a phone number, application, delivery requirements, receiving location, inspection needs and a BOM attachment. Share only the information needed for procurement review; do not include unnecessary confidential design or personal information.
How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, review sourcing requirements, prepare quotations, discuss quality and delivery conditions and maintain relevant business correspondence. The website form is not a marketing subscription.
Email processing and attachments
The current enquiry tool prepares an email draft locally on your device. It does not send the entered form details to a server. You choose whether to send the draft through your email app to sales@semivant.com and may add BOM attachments there. Information received by email is handled as business correspondence.
Hosting, email and service providers
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. Relevant procurement information may be reviewed with sourcing or inspection providers when needed for your request. Website security tools and hosting systems may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and logs, to operate and protect the website.
WhatsApp and other external links
WhatsApp links open an external service. If you choose to contact us there, WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening an email or telephone link uses your chosen device application.
Storage and enquiries about your information
Business correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant business records, taking account of applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email sales@semivant.com with enough details to identify your request. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable requirements and recordkeeping needs.
Form acknowledgement
The form requires you to acknowledge this notice before submitting. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not constitute order acceptance or stock reservation. Email delivery to the recipient’s inbox is not guaranteed. If you do not receive a response, contact us directly.
