IPM Modules
IPM Modules integrate power switching devices, gate drivers and protection circuits into a single intelligent power module. Depending on the product family, an IPM may include IGBTs, MOSFETs, freewheeling diodes, short-circuit protection, over-current protection, under-voltage lockout and temperature monitoring. IPMs are commonly used in motor drives, servo systems, inverters, pumps, fans and industrial automation equipment. SemiVant supports sourcing according to motor voltage, current rating, control interface, switching frequency, package, pin configuration and replacement requirements.
